Here you will find creations used by my mother and her family. Most of all it is a thank you and remembrance to my mother who had a way with the saucepan as well as the oven This site offers the reader a look at some of my cherished Czech and Eastern European family recipes as well as some that I have altered along the way.

Considering that my ancestors migrated from Hesse through Poland to the Ukraine and Czech and that I was born in Frankfurt am Main (Hesse) I have come full circle. I plan to add some new recipes on this site every month. Please feel free to send me your own for inclusion.
