Considering the times we live in we all need stories to make our day a bit brighter. Most Newspapers have a ‘Daily Rant’ but the following stories are about about the good things in life, e. g. joyous occasions and accomplishments to brag about. Thanks for the brave souls who checked this out. I guess one might contemplate if there’s some existential correlation between the song and your life.
I can only guess that would be true if your mama was out on the beach listening to Brian Wilson and the Beach Boys while you were trapped in her belly. Elvis, Bob Marley, Beatles, Janis Joplin or Mike Jagger and on to Led Zeppelin or Grunge. Still better than RAP!
Personally I don’t remember either of my parents EVER listening to music aside from the classics. Then again, would I remember? Polka? Gag me.
Mind you I have a great love for Russian music and Gregorian chants, so there might be a genetic overflow to my paternal grandparents who came from the Ukraine.
