JOE’S SEAFOOD IN FIREWATER

3 Cups Shrimp
3 Cups Scallops
1 1/2 Cup Onions
1 Cup Bean Sprout
1/2 Cup Water Chestnuts
1/2 Minced Green Onions
5 Tablespoons Garlic Oil
4 Tablespoons Chili Garlic Oil
4 Tablespoons Black Bean Oil
4 Tablespoons Mustard Sauce (or use BBQ as a variant for a different taste)
1 Tsp. Cajun
1 Tsp. Cheyenne Pepper
1 Tsp. Indian Curry
2 Tsp. Crushed Red Pepper

Stir-fry all items (preferably in a wok or sorts) until the scallops start turning color.  DON’T BURN THE SCALLOPS!!!  All the oils will make sure that everything is coated and cooks well.  If you have excess oil, drain it before serving.
Serves well with cheese.  It should serve 2-3 people.
Baths equaled a big tub filled with hot water. The man of the house had the  privilege of the nice clean water, then all the other sons and men, then the women and finally the children. Last of all the babies. By then the water was so dirty you could actually loose someone in it. Hence the saying, “Don’t throw the baby out with the bath water”.
