crab salad recipe and dip

1 pound crab meat
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
8 ripe olives chopped
1 Tbs chopped onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Salt, and White Pepper to taste usually 1/8 tsp. ea
1 1/2 tsp. brown mustard

Combine ingredients. Toss to mix. Cover and chill until serving. Use as a spread or serve on lettuce and devour.

“Optimists are people who leave the dinner dishes because they will feel more like washing them in the morning” Or in my view … If stepped in firmly enough it’s damn hard to scrape off your shoes!
