Pork Chop Casserole – quick and easy

4 Med. pork chops
2 cups thinly sliced potatoes
1 large onion thinly sliced
3-4 carrots sliced
Six slices American cheese (singles) **
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
7 Tb’s. Milk

Salt and pepper pork chops, and brown on both sides and remove from heat.
In a casserole dish that has been sprayed with a not stick spray, layer first
the potatoes, and then the onions.
Cover with the cheese, and then the carrots.
Add the pork chops.
Mix the soup with the milk, and pour over all.
Bake covered at 350’F. for one hour, Uncover and bake for 30 Min. At same temp.
