2 bunches watercress
4 medium potatoes
1qt milk or half and half
Salt, Celery Salt, Season Salt, Black Pepper, Cube of Margarine.
Cut potato into small pieces and chop watercress until very fine. Cover with water, boil until water is about gone.
Mash potatoes. Add 1 qt. milk (little more if wished). Salt to taste, several shakes of celery, season salt and pepper.
Add cube of margarine, Just keep warm, don’t re-boil.
